- Fenway Park: The Red Sox play the Royals this weekend
- Walden Pond: We like to walk around back by the cabin and go swimming there
- Crane Beach: A beach we like to go to; nice sand (up to $25/car admission, 1/2 price after 3 pm)
- Russell Farms: Pick your own fruit, and a store with pies, wine and other treats. On the way to Crane Beach
- Nahant Beach: Another beach with good wind ($3/car parking)
- Mike's Pastry: Delicious pastries and treats in the North End
- Modern Pastry: Delicious pastries and treats in the North End and Medford
- Hana Sushi: Sushi in Cambridge!
- Blue Fuji: Sushi in Medford!
- Arnold Arboretum: Arboretum a little outside of Boston

- Boston Common: Oldest park in the country, start the Freedom Trail here
- Boston Public Garden: Pretty space next to the Common, check out the statue of the ducklings
